Uplift to weighted fee percentage for performing Lead Function services The weighted fee an individual service from item 2) above for each Tender considered is then modified to allow for performing Lead Function Services (note that lot 12, CDM Co- ordinator Services is not included for the Lead Function role): The percentage uplift for the individual service in one of tables 4.5.4, 4.5.8, 4.5.12, 4.5.16, 4.5.20, 4.5.24 and 4.5. 31 in volume 4 (the table relating to the individual service is used). The uplift for the individual service is calculated by applying half of the percentage uplift in the relevant table from those above to the weighted fee from 2) above. For example, if the weighted amount from 2) above was 4.2% and the uplift in the relevant table was 20%, .the resulting uplifted amount would be 4.2% + (0.2 x 4.2% x 0.5) = 4.62%

  • Average Daily Balance To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Purchases, we take the beginning balance of your Credit Card account each day, add any new Purchases, and subtract any Cash Advances, payments, or other credits which were applied to Purchases, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. If you paid the Purchases balance in full by the Payment Due Date in the previous billing cycle, in the current billing cycle we will credit payments otherwise applicable to Purchases based on our allocation method as of the first day of the current billing cycle. These computations give us the Purchases daily balance. To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Cash Advances, we take the beginning balance each day, add any new Cash Advances, and subtract any Purchases, payments, or other credits which were applied to Cash Advances, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. This gives us the Cash Advances daily balance. Then we add up all of the Purchases or Cash Advance daily balances for the billing period and divide each total by the number of days in the billing period. This gives us the "Average Daily Balances."

  • Facility Fee The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage, a facility fee, in Dollars, equal to the Applicable Rate for facility fees times the actual daily amount of the Aggregate Commitments (or, if the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, on the Outstanding Amount of all Committed Loans, Swing Line Loans and L/C Obligations), regardless of usage, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.18.   • Average Contribution Amount For purposes of this Agreement, to ensure that all employees enrolled in health insurance through the City’s HSS are making premium contributions under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model, and therefore have a stake in controlling the long term growth in health insurance costs, it is agreed that, to the extent the City's health insurance premium contribution under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model is less than the “average contribution,” as established under Charter section A8.428(b), then, in addition to the City’s contribution, payments toward the balance of the health insurance premium under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model shall be deemed to apply to the annual “average contribution.” The parties intend that the City’s contribution toward employee health insurance premiums will not exceed the amount established under the Percentage-Based Contribution Model.

  • Multiplier For Work assigned under this Agreement, a maximum multiplier of 2.9 for home office and 2.4 for field office shall apply to Consultant’s hourly Wage Rates in calculating compensation payable by the City. Said multiplier is intended to cover the Consultant employee benefits and the Consultant’s profit and overhead, including, without limitation, office rent, local telephone and utility charges, office and drafting supplies, depreciation of equipment, professional dues, subscriptions, stenographic, administrative and clerical support, other employee time or travel and subsistence not directly related to a project.
