Corporate Existence; Compliance with Laws. The Issuer shall maintain its corporate existence; shall use its best efforts to maintain and renew all its rights, powers, privileges and franchises; and shall comply with all valid and applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, requirements and directions of any legislative, executive, administrative or judicial body relating to the Issuer’s participation in the financing of the Project, the issuance of the Bonds or its execution, delivery and performance of this Indenture and the Loan Agreement.
