Correction of Payroll Errors. A. In the event it is determined there has been an error in an employee’s paycheck, an underpayment shall be corrected within two (2) pay periods. Upon a showing by the employee that the underpayment causes an economic hardship, the City will prepare a manual check within two (2) business days, to correct the underpayment.
