Common use of Cosmetology Clause in Contracts

Cosmetology. The educational objective of this course is to train students in all phases of hair, skin and nails. The students are prepared to take the State Board Examination with confidence and successfully pass the examination. Students learn the skills to their proficiency level at each stage of their training: freshmen, sophomore, junior and senior. Students+ are required to achieve a 70% at each level in both theory and practical before they can pass to the next level. The students gain in confidence and ability to express themselves in a professional manner. Students learn first in the freshman and sophomore levels a standardized basic set of techniques in all practical operations. Once students have attained the basic levels of proficiency in the standard procedures, they are introduced to more advanced techniques.
