MANICURING. The educational objective of this course is to train students in all phases of manicuring per the curriculum below. Prepare the students for the State Board Examination and for employment in the field of manicuring. To teach good work, health, study and safety habits. To promote goal setting, positive approach to career planning, self-motivation and ethics. To encourage students to continue their education in advanced, related courses, including business courses. To disseminate all information regarding starting and operating their own business. The 400 hours may be completed in approximately 10 weeks. The curriculum for students in a manicurist course shall consist of four hundred (400) clock hours of technical instruction means instruction by demonstration, lecture, classroom participation or examination; practical operation means the actual performance by the student of a complete service on another person or on a mannequin.   • Overcrowding The number of people who may live in a Let Property depends on the number and size of the rooms, and the age, gender and relationships of the people. Living rooms and bedrooms are counted as rooms, but not the kitchen or bathroom. The Tenant must not allow the Let Property to become overcrowded. If the Let Property does become overcrowded, the Landlord can take action to evict the Tenant as the Tenant has breached this term of this Agreement.
