Cost of Operations. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this License, Licensee shall be responsible for any and all costs and expenses associated with Licensee’s operations upon the Licensed Premises.
Cost of Operations. Except as expressly provided herein, all costs and expenses of whatever kind or nature incurred by either party hereto in the conduct of its operations or the performance of its responsibilities in connection with or pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the account of and shall be paid by such party, and such party shall not be entitled to reimbursement therefore from the other party hereto, whether upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement or otherwise.

Cost of Operations. TWG International shall be solely responsible for all costs of operating TWG Finance, TWG International and TWG International's direct and indirect Subsidiaries. In addition, TWG International shall be responsible for costs of administration of TWG in the sum of $25,000 per month, through June 30, 1999, and for one hundred percent of such costs of administration from the earlier of (a) the date TWG no longer has adequate cash from its business operations in Louisiana to pay such costs, or (b) after June 30, 1999. TWG shall be solely responsible for (a) costs associated with its existing operations in the United States, (b) costs of administration of TWG in excess of $25,000 per month through the earlier of June 30, 1999 or the date TWG no longer has adequate cash from its business operations in Louisiana to pay such costs. Income generated from the Bishkek Facility, as well as cage cash in Louisiana and Bishkek and assets located in Louisiana subject to the security interest herein on the Collateral shall not be used to fund administrative costs. Cost of administration refers to all costs associated with the TWG corporate headquarters in New York and London, including rent and salaries and expenses of all officers and employees at such location (or any successor location). Nothing herein shall prohibit TWG International from reimbursing TWG as to costs incurred in the acquisition of the Czech Casinos, this Indenture, the Czech Indenture and the Funding Indenture, up to the sum of $250,000 at the closing of the Czech Indenture, or directly paying all unpaid costs related to those transactions.

TWG shall be solely responsible for (a) costs associated with its existing operations in the United States, (b) to the extent it has income from operations, costs of administration of TWG in excess of $25,000 per month through June 30, 1999, and (c) for no costs of administration from the earlier of (i) the date TWG no longer has adequate cash from its business operations in Louisiana to pay such costs, or (ii) June 30, 1999. Income generated from the Bishkek Facility shall not be used to fund administrative costs. Costs of administration refer to all costs associated with the TWG corporate headquarters in New York and London, including rent and salaries and expenses of all officers and employees at such location (or any successor location). Income from Bishkek, from Cage Cash in the Louisiana and Bishkek casinos and collateral pledged to the holders of the $4.8 million Senior Secured Notes of TWG and Trans World Gaming of Louisiana, Inc. due December 31, 2005 shall not be utilized to fund the costs of administration.
Cost of Operations. The City shall bear the entire cost of its operations on the Premises, including utility bills, general maintenance costs, and other taxes and fees related to its occupancy of the Premises, including all possessory interest taxes that may be imposed.
Cost of Operations. Concessionaire shall bear at its own expense all cost of operating the concession and shall pay in addition to rental, all other costs connected with the use of the Demised Premises and facilities, including but not limiting the generality hereof, insurance, any and all taxes, and all permits and licenses required by law.
Cost of Operations. CARRIER shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incident to performing the services herein set forth.
Cost of Operations. 1. Buyer expressly agrees to pay, either through reimbursing Seller pursuant to subsection 2 or through advances pursuant to subsection 3, for Buyer’s Proportionate Share of all general, administrative, and management expenses and other costs and expenses incurred by Seller in conducting the business and affairs of Buyer with respect to the Subject Property (collectively, the “Cost Obligations”), including, without limitation, lease costs, land and title costs, lease renewals, delay rentals, legal and geological/geophysical expenses, drilling and completion costs (plus a service fee to Seller of up to 17%), expenses incurred in providing or obtaining such professional, technical, administrative and other services as Seller may deem necessary or desirable, and costs such as costs of deliveries of documents, necessary travel (if any), map creation, and research. The cost of Blue Sky filings in the state of the Buyer will also be borne by the Buyer. Costs and expenses not associated with a particular Lease, well, or drilling unit shall be referred to herein as “Administrative Costs” and costs and expenses associated with a particular Lease, well, or drilling unit shall be referred to herein as “Project Costs.” All Cost Obligations shall be determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Such payments shall be made periodically throughout the term of this Agreement, as and when determined by Seller.
