Authority Account definition

Authority Account means the account so designated in the Purchase and Remarketing Fund.
Authority Account means the Authority PSL-Sourced Proceeds Account.

More Definitions of Authority Account

Authority Account means the Account by that name established in the General Fund.
Authority Account means the designated account of the Authority at a Deposit Bank, namely the account 012-899-1-003883-3 at Bank of China or the account 004-048-3-037990 at the HSBC;
Authority Account means the designated account of the Authority at a Deposit Bank;

  • Security Account “Software”, and “Supporting Obligations”.

  • Facility Account means the Seller’s Account No. 55-66681 at Bank One.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Credit Party with a Deposit Account Bank. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Deposit Account Agreement means the Deposit Account Agreement and Disclosure, as may be amended from time to time, issued by the Custodian and available on the Custodian’s internet customer portal, “xx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx”.
