LEASE RENEWALS. On receipt of an Order, the Supplier will provide an initial report covering all significant facts, setting out actions, negotiating strategies and anticipated outcomes. Following agreement with the Customer, the Supplier will undertake and manage negotiations through to a satisfactory conclusion for the Customer and will provide a comprehensive final report to support a recommendation for agreement. Advice, including support preparing Lease Exemption Request business cases to GPU, will take full account of the Customer’s best interest, subject to any overriding Exchequer interest, the statutory position, the Customer’s estate strategy, business needs, the condition of the building and the state of the market.
LEASE RENEWALS. For Lease renewals, Broker shall be paid a leasing fee of $ 29 - OR - % of the monthly rent - OR - % of the annual scheduled rent.
LEASE RENEWALS. A. Lessee’s failure to return a Lease renewal to the University Apartments Office by the date specified in the Lease Renewal offer will result in termination of the Lease by the Division as of the end of the existing Lease term. B. The Division will not renew a Lease for a Lessee who is in arrears in rent or other charges, who has an outstanding account balance or who has breached any of the Lease terms and conditions. C. The Division may not renew a Lease for a Lessee if the number of occupants exceeds the maximum for their apartment as described in Item 3 of this lease.
LEASE RENEWALS. After the initial lease term expires, leases automatically renew on a bi-monthly basis, under the same terms and conditions, for an additional fee. Landlord reserves the right to amend or change terms and conditions, including rent amount, at the time of lease renewal or at any time during a bi-monthly lease. Waban shall not transfer or assign any HomeBase Lease unless the transferee or assignee shall execute and deliver an agreement to be bound by terms equivalent to the terms of this Section 4.3 (which would also condition subsequent transfers or assignments upon an equivalent transfer restriction), and Waban shall be liable to BJI for any breach thereof. (b) BJI hereby covenants that it will not, during any BJI Default Period, increase the amount of base rents scheduled to come due under, extend the term of, or exercise any option to renew or extend any BJI Lease without first securing from the Person holding the landlord's interest and from any mortgagee with respect to the BJI Lease in question (if the consent of such Person or mortgagee is required to release any liability of Waban and its Affiliates on such BJI Lease), a full and complete release of liability of Waban and its Affiliates on any such BJI Lease, in a form reasonably satisfactory to Waban.

LEASE RENEWALS. 4.2.1 If Party B needs to continue to lease the premises after the expiry of the lease term, it shall submit an application for renewal of the lease to Party A in writing two months before the expiry of the lease term; if Party B fails to notify Party A on time, Party A shall have the right to deal with it in accordance with Party B’s non-renewal of the lease. 4.2.2 Party A shall reply to Party B’s application for lease renewal within 10 working days upon receipt of such application. Upon mutual agreement, Party B shall sign a lease renewal contract one month before the expiry of the lease; if the contract is not signed on time, Party A shall have the right to deal with it in accordance with Party B’s non-renewal of the lease. 4.2.3 The parties agree that if the renewal of the lease is agreed, the parties may sign the Annexed Basic Information Form only and this contract shall continue to be valid during the renewal period; matters relating to the payment of fees during the renewal period and any amendments to this contract may be added to the Basic Information Form with the corresponding terms and conditions, which shall take precedence over the terms of this contract. 4.2.4 If Party B does not intend to renew the lease, or if the parties fail to sign a renewal contract within one month before the expiry of the lease term, Party A shall have the right to enter into an intention or contract to lease the Leased Premises with a third party, and shall have the right to carry out the leasing of the Leased Premises to Party B. Party B may, at any reasonable time upon prior notice, allow the new lessee or user of the Leased Premises to survey the site and carry out the necessary inspection of the premises, and Party B shall You shall co-operate.
