Cost Sharing Records. The awardee must maintain records of all project costs that are claimed by the awardee as cost sharing as well as records of costs to be paid by the Government. Such records are subject to audit. Acceptable forms of cost sharing contributions are those that meet the criteria identified in 2 CFR § 215.23. Unless otherwise specified in the award, approval is given to include unrecovered indirect costs (also known as facilities and administrative costs for colleges and universities) as part of cost sharing or matching contributions. If the awardee's cost participation includes in-kind contributions, the basis for determining the valuation for volunteer services and donated property must be documented.

Each Party agrees to provide to the other this wireline network usage data when CenturyLink or CLEC acts as a transit provider currently or in the future.   • Requesting Records A request for inspection and/or copies of public records must be made in writing and may be submitted by personal delivery, mail, telefax, or email directed to the District's Freedom of Information Officer.Individuals making a request are not required to state a reason for the request other than to identify when the request is for a commercial purpose or when requesting a fee waiver. The Superintendent or designee shall instruct District employees to immediately forward any request for inspection and copying of a public record to the District's Freedom of Information Officer or designee.

  • Project Records ‌ As further described below, program records include but are not limited to Grantee, financial, and participant records.
