Cost Participation. The Partners agree that the initial funding for the Project shall be through a State of Minnesota (the “State”) bond in the approximate amount of $781,000.00. Should the costs associated with the Project exceed the initial bond amount received from the State, the Partners shall pay an allocated portion of the remaining costs in accordance with the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization’s allowable flow calculations or other negotiated allocation by the Partners. The Partners cost participation in the Project is divided into design, construction, and long-term maintenance expenses. The Partners will amend or supplement this JPA with allowable flow calculations or negotiated allocation by the Partners prior to the completion of the final design.

Cost Participation. 6.1 The County shall pay all construction estimates due to the Contractor upon completion of the work, including partial estimates. 6.2 The Village shall reimburse the County for all project costs relating to the construction of the Project situated within the Village municipal corporation limits. 6.3 The County Engineer shall keep an accurate record of the project costs and submit an invoice to the Village for the Village’s share of the Project cost at the completion of the work, including any necessary supporting documentation to substantiate the costs. 6.4 The Village shall pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

The County’s total cost participation in the Project shall be calculated as twenty five percent (25%) of construction costs up to a Not to Exceed (NTE) amount of $200,000 (“County Cost Participation”). Xxxxxx Xxxxx, P.E.), project name, county project number (C.P. 2183506), contract number, and purchase order number. The City shall include one project per invoice, provide the County with complete as built plans, and before and after photographs of the Project. Upon approval and acceptance of the completed project as well as all MnDOT ADA Compliance Checklist forms by the County Engineer or designated representative and within forty-five (45) days of receipt of the invoice, the County shall reimburse the City for its share of the costs for the Project. Invoices and supporting documentation should be mailed to: Hennepin County Accounts Payable, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000. An electronic copy of all invoices and project documentation should also be submitted to xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx It is understood by the City that the funds the County has set aside for the Project will be available for payment to the City for three years from the date of the County Board resolution approving the funding of the project (7/30/2022). It is further understood and agreed by the City that the County will not participate in the Project costs as set forth herein if the City has not invoiced the County within the three year period. Cost Participation. 1. City shall reimburse the Council for construction of the City Project. An estimated itemization of reimbursement of the construction costs is set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof. 2. In addition to the construction costs of the City Project, City also agrees to pay to the Council a sum equal to a fixed rate of 7% the City Project construction costs for construction- related services, including but not limited to: surveying and contract administration. 3. The parties further agree that the project costs stated above in this Section VIII and more specifically shown on Exhibit B to this Agreement are an estimate of the construction costs for the contract work on the City Project. The unit prices set forth in the Council’s construction contract and the final quantities as measured by the Council’s contractor or designated representatives shall govern in computing the total final contract construction cost, including the cost of amendments and change orders as provided in Section VI of this Agreement for determining the final construction and administration costs of the City Project for reimbursement to the Council by City. 4. All direct payments to the Council’s contractor for work performed on the City Project will be made by the Council.
