Costs and duty. 27.1 Each party must bear its own costs arising out of the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement. All duty (including stamp duty and any fines, penalties and interest) payable on or in connection with this Agreement and any instrument executed under or any transaction evidenced by this Agreement must be borne by the Organisation.
