Costs for materials photocopying, duplication of tapes and other costs incidental to the performance of work that the client requests will be charged separately and are the client's responsibility. I understand that I, an individual attorney, or we, this law firm, constitute Xx. Xxxxxx'x client and hold direct responsibility for payment of bills to him. I understand that any arrangements that I make with my client to obtain funds for my payments to Xx. Xxxxxx are independent of this agreement. I will not ask Xx. Xxxxxx to enter into fee agreements with any other parties, including my client, to satisfy my indebtedness to him. I understand that Xx. Xxxxxx cannot bill for him work on a contingent fee basis.

  • Operator Materials Operator retains all right, title and interest in and to any and all of Operator’s software, materials, tools, forms, documentation, training and implementation materials and intellectual property (“Operator Materials”). Operator grants to the LEA a personal, nonexclusive license to use the Operator Materials for its own non-commercial, incidental use as set forth in the Service Agreement. Generally, the onsite installation or application of such items shall be performed by the craft having jurisdiction over such work.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student.
