Costs of Lease. The landlord's contract administration costs and stamp duty (as estimated in the Schedule) shall be paid by the tenant before taking occupation of the leased premises. It is recorded that should the stamp duty amount actually levied differ to the amount estimated in the Schedule, due to delays caused by the tenant or for any reason whatsoever, the tenant shall be liable for the entire amount, notwithstanding the amount recorded in the Schedule.
Costs of Lease. Lessee shall promptly pay all costs and expenses, including utilities. (Utilities include, but are not limited to, gas, electricity, telephone, telecommunication, water, sewer and refuse collection services.) Lessee also agrees to reimburse City for any and all expenses that City incurs in modifying existing utilities for Lessee’s benefit relating to possession and use of the Premises. The possessory interest created by this Lease Agreement may be subject to taxation, and Lessee may be subject to the payment of taxes levied on such interest. Lessee acknowledges its actual knowledge of the existence of a possessory interest tax and receipt of this notice of Lessee's potential tax liability. Lessee agrees that it is solely responsible for the timely payment before delinquency of possessory interest taxes and any other tax, levy or assessment upon the Premises, the aircraft, Lessee's personal property, improvements, and fixtures upon the Premises.
Costs of Lease. The LESSEE shall pay the entire expenses incidental to and in connection with the preparation and execution of this lease and any renewal thereof, if applicable. 30 VENTILATION / AIR CONDITIONING All ventilation equipment currently installed is included in the rental. Costs of Lease. (a) Each party will pay its own legal costs and disbursements of and incidental to the negotiation, preparation and completion of this Lease. The Lessee will pay all stamp duty and registration fees and mortgagee's consent fees in relation to this Lease.
Costs of Lease. The legal and other costs incurred in negotiating, drafting and executing this lease and any renewal or extension of this lease and any temporary leases shall be paid by the tenant upon demand.
