Common use of Council Invitations Clause in Contracts

The Chief Nursing Officer or his/her designee may 3 bring to Council meetings such other individuals, including department heads, whose 4 participation may help to enhance the parties’ dialogue and/or to further their 5 collaborative alliance. An expert on specific topics may be invited by a Council member. 6 They may be intradepartmental or from an external source including Association 7 members or staff.
