Counterparts and Electronic Transmission. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original and such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Agreement, or its counterparts, may be sent and received by facsimile or similar electronic transmission and the communication by such means will be legal and binding on all parties.
