COUNTY RECOGNITION. The SUBRECIPIENT shall ensure recognition of the role of the COUNTY in providing services through this Agreement. All activities, facilities, and items utilized pursuant to this Agreement shall be permanently labeled as to the funding source. In addition, the SUBRECIPIENT shall include in all its publications a reference to the support provided herein through the CDBG Program and made possible with funds provided under this Agreement by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners.

  • RECOGNITION OF UNION Clause 2.01 The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all employees of Greater Sudbury Hydro Plus Incorporated in respect of hours of work, wages and working conditions save and except non-union supervisors, persons above the rank of non-union supervisor, and staff employed in a confidential capacity in matters relating to Labour Relations. A Party shall not accord recognition in a manner which would constitute a means of discrimination between countries in the application of its standards or criteria for the authorization, licensing or certification of services suppliers, or a disguised restriction on trade in services. 4. Each Party should encourage the relevant bodies in its respective territory to conduct future negotiations for developing mutually acceptable standards and criteria for licensing, temporary licensing and certification of professional services suppliers.
