County’s Agents. County hereby designates its Deputy Purchasing Agent or approved designee, to represent County under this Contract. All written communications given to or by Deputy Purchasing Agent to Contractor under this Contract shall be deemed given to or by County. County may change this designation at any time and from time to time by delivery of written notice to Contractor. The Systems & Resources Division Manager, hereinafter referred to as (“Division Manager”) or his/her designee, is hereby designated for the day to day oversight of the Scope of Services, attached as Attachment A and incorporated by reference.

County’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, material men, and suppliers retained directly by County shall conduct their activities in and around the Premises, in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, material men and suppliers at the Premises.

  • COUNTY’S RESPONSIBILITIES A. A County program liaison will monitor the submission of all correspondence required in this Agreement, including, but not limited to:

  • DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract.   • Safety Representative On every job site, workers may elect a Workers’ Safety Representative in accordance with the Act.

  • University’s Responsibilities A. The University will advise the student(s) of their responsibility to:

  • Health and Safety Representatives 58.1 The Employer and its Employees will comply with Part 7 of the OHS Act – Representation of Employees in relation to the establishment of designated work groups and the election of Health and Safety Representatives.

  • Delays and Complaints Delivery delays and service complaints will be monitored on a continual basis. Documented inability to perform under the conditions of the contract, via the Complaint to Vendor process (PUR 7017 form) contemplated for this Contract, may result in default proceedings and cancellation.

  • Authority’s Responsibilities Authority will perform maintenance and repairs to the parking lot and concrete paving of the Common Use Areas and will perform maintenance and repairs to the Cargo Building, including (1) the roof (structure and membrane), foundation, load bearing walls, and other structural elements; and (2) exterior maintenance (painting and landscaping). Authority retains the right, after giving reasonable advance notice to Company, to enter upon the Premises to perform any repair thereon, including utilities, which serves, in whole or in part, areas other than the Premises. Authority will endeavor to use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Company’s activities.
