Court Appearance Leave/Jury Duty Leave. 27 1. Definition A unit member of the District, other than a litigant in the 28 case, shall be granted court leave with pay to perform trial or inquest jury 29 duty or to appear in federal, state, or municipal court or to appear before a 30 state agency as a subpoenaed witness.
