Court-Issued Subpoena. An employee who is required by order of a Court-issued subpoena to appear as a witness to an incident related to the employee’s role as a volunteer firefighter, and in which the employee is not personally involved as a plaintiff or defendant, shall be granted leave without loss of pay or leave credits.
