Court/WCB. (i) Notwithstanding any of the provisions otherwise contained in this Agreement, a member required to make appearance(s) at court while in receipt of the benefits under Article 12 (7) (Workers' Compensation Supplement) shall not receive any benefits of this Article 7, but rather, shall receive only the benefits provided under Article 12 (7) (Workers' Compensation Supplement).
