COVERAGE OF AWARD. Summary This clause identifies the geographical and industry coverage of the award. It should be noted that coverage of the award extends to every operation, process, duty and function carried on or performed in or in connection with or incidental to any of the industries in Schedule A.
COVERAGE OF AWARD. 5.1 Section II of this award will be binding upon the employers named in Schedule B and their employees, whether members of the union or not, engaged in any of the classes of work mentioned in certified agreements to be read in conjunction with this award in relation to the operations of the employers in all States of the Commonwealth, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory and upon the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and its members.
COVERAGE OF AWARD. 1.5.1 This award is made in or in connection with the Regional daily newspaper Industry, which includes any business, trade, manufacture, undertaking, calling, service, employment, handicraft or industrial occupation or avocation on land or water in the industry of printing and/or any kindred industries.
