Trade and Economic Mixed Commission 1. The Parties hereby incorporate the Trade and Economic Mixed Commission (Mixed Commission) into this Agreement. 2. The Mixed Commission was established according to the Basic Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Peru, signed in Lima, on November 2nd, 1988. 3. Policy Grievance – Employer Grievance The Employer may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation by the Union or any employee by filing a written grievance with the Bargaining Unit President, with a copy to the Labour Relations Officer within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.
EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY During and in relation to the performance of this Agreement, XXXXXXXXXX agrees as follows:
User Fees You shall pay all fees specified in all Order Forms hereunder. Except as otherwise specified herein or in an Order Form, (i) fees are quoted and payable in United States dollars, (ii) fees are based on services purchased and not actual usage, (iii) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable, and (iv) the number of User Subscriptions purchased cannot be decreased during the relevant subscription term stated on the Order Form. User Subscription fees are based on monthly periods that begin on the subscription start date and each monthly anniversary thereof; therefore, fees for User Subscriptions added in the middle of a monthly period will be charged for that full monthly period and the monthly periods remaining in the subscription term.
SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that:
Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.
Salary Sacrifice to Superannuation (a) An employee can elect to sacrifice a portion of salary to superannuation. Such election must be made prior to the commencement of the period of service to which the earnings relate and be in accordance with relevant legislation.
Bonus or Commission The Recipient affirms that it has not paid, and agrees that it will not pay, any bonus or commission to obtain federal assistance for any Project or related activities supported under the Underlying Agreement.
