Members of the Union definition

Members of the Union means all persons enrolled at the University as students who are paying student-union fees, with the exception of classes of students exempted from membership in the Union and from paying student-union fees;
Members of the Union where used herein means any employee who is a member of the Union and is not more than sixty (60) days in arrears in the payment of the Union dues specified herein.

  • Members of the Union negotiating team, who are City employees, will be allowed to attend negotiation sessions and/or contract voting booths during regularly scheduled duty hours.
