COVID OUTBREAK. Should the competition be impacted in such a way that two full rounds of the competition are not completed then no winner will be confirmed for the season If two full rounds have been played but no semi-final or final can be played, then the winner shall be the team at the top of the table at the end of the second round (based on the existing rules to determine this) For clarity should the New Zealand Government/Ministry of Health adapt or change the Covid 19 protocol to remove isolation requirements, all previous covid clauses shall be removed from this participation agreement on the same date as issued by the government department.
COVID OUTBREAK. The parties are aware of the outbreak of a Coronavirus (commonly known as COVID-19) or any mutation of such virus (“the Outbreak”). The Outbreak is impacting or may impact normal business operations or performance or delivery pursuant to this Agreement. Supplier shall be entitled to cost compensation, time extension or other reasonably required contract adjustments, if any consequences resul ting out of, or in connection with the Outbreak, whether directly or indirectly, cause Power Grids additional cost or lead to any delay in performance or delivery or otherwise affect the fulfilment of Power Grids’ contractual obligations or duties pursuant to this Agreement.
