Cracking. The Product Name is guaranteed against substantial cracking of the finish.
Cracking. Drywall, drywall tape, concrete surfaces, and other rigid surfaces in portions of the Condominium are subject to cracking due to (i) water penetration, (ii) expansion and contraction due to temperature changes, (iii) building settlement, and (iv) other factors. Seller shall not be liable for any such cracking.
Cracking. Due to the inherent movement in concrete, soil, and wooden structures, and to the implied granted concerning cracks or movement in substrate or resulting cracks and damage to the SUNDEK® application caused by these underlying cracks or movements.

Licensor is not responsible for loss of aesthetics due to cracking or crack repair but Licensor and Licensee guarantee performance of the Floor and that cracks will not in any way be detrimental to the functionality of the floor. Cracks develop in all concrete including PRIMXCOMPOSITE®. With PRIMXCOMPOSITE®, most cracks remain at a microscopic level and are controlled from expanding. Even cracks that become visible to the naked eye typically do not open beyond hairline. Hairline and even opened cracks do not affect the structural performance of the PRIMXCOMPOSITE® floor system.
Cracking. As it ages, exterior wood trim will develop minor cracks and raised grain. Much of this will occur during the first year. Raised grain permits moisture to get under the paint and can result in peeling. This is not a deft in materials or workmanship. Paint maintenance of wood trim and gutter is your responsibility. Fading Expect fading of exterior paint or stain due to the effects of sun and weather. Fall Creek Homes limited warranty excludes this occurrence. Wood Grain Due to wood characteristics, color variations will result when stain is applied to wood. This is natural and requires no repair. Today’s water base paints often make wood grain visible on painted trim. Fall Creek Homes does not provide corrections for this condition. PHONE JACKS Your home is equipped with telephone jacks. Initiating phone service, additions to phone service, and moving phone outlets for decorating purposes or convenience are your responsibility. Fall Creek Homes will correct outlets positioned so that a phone cannot be installed due to a cabinet or countertop that is part of the original home. Fall Creek Homes will repair wiring that does not perform as intended from the phone service box into the home. From the service box outward, care of the wiring is the responsibility of the local telephone service company.
