Creation of a New Federal Holiday in February. The parties agree that the language outlined in Article 9.01 speaks to the Employer recognizing only one (1) general holiday in the month of February. This will continue to be either, Xxxxx Xxxx Xxx or the General Holiday deemed by the Federal Government if the Provincial Government chooses to recognize that day.
