CREATION OF NEW JOB. CLASSIFICATION - The parties agree on the following procedure: 3.7.1 The District Vice Chancellor of Human Resources shall notify the CSEA Chapter 420 President/designee in writing of a new bargaining unit job classification. The notice shall include the proposed job description and salary range placement. The CSEA President/designee shall notify the district within five (5) working days of the union’s request to negotiate the job description, salary and placement.
