Creation of the Bank. The Bank will be established providing that two hundred (200) days have been deposited (one [1] per full- time employee), during an enrollment period extending thirty (30) calendar days from the date such enrollment period is announced to employees. Subsequently, employees may enroll in the Bank only within thirty (30) calendar days of the beginning of the official school year.
