Creation of Working Gas Subaccounts. (1) VGS shall create for the market area GASPOOL and the market area of the Netherlands, respectively, two working gas subaccounts related to the contract of the customer, i.e. • a working gas subaccount regarding gas quantities, which are injected into the storage facility while using Undiscounted Transport Capacities (“Undiscounted Account”) and • a working gas subaccount regarding gas quantities, which are injected into the storage facility while using Discounted Transport Capacities (“Discounted Account”). The creation of working gas subaccounts for each adjacent network operator shall be independent from actual bookings of transport capacities by the customer with these network operators. The working gas subaccounts shall include a limit that corresponds to the total capacity working gas volume contracted under the customer’s contract.

  • Performance of Work by City If the Contractor fails to perform the Work in accordance with the schedule referred to in section 2 above, the City may, in its discretion, in order to bring the project closer to the schedule, perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work, and doing so shall not waive any of the City’s rights and remedies. Before doing so, the City shall give the Contractor notice of its intention. The Contractor shall reimburse the City for additional costs incurred by the City in exercising its right to perform or cause to be performed some or all of the Work pursuant to this section.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Coordination of Work Licensee shall be responsible for coordination of its Equipment installation work to avoid any interference with existing utilities, substructures, facilities and/or SFMTA transit operations. Licensee shall be the City's point of contact for all Equipment installation and except in case of emergency, all communications concerning Equipment installation shall be through Licensee's field representatives.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Location of Work The Executive shall be based in the United States in West Orange, New Jersey.   • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities The Connecting Transmission Owner will design, construct, own, operate and maintain all Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities, except as otherwise stated above and in the Project Specific Specifications. The Connecting Transmission Owner will complete all engineering reviews, field verifications and witness testing, etc. in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the revenue metering CT/PT units and meter socket enclosure. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall:  provide, run, and wire both ends of the color-coded cable for the revenue metering instrument transformer secondary wiring;  perform all terminations; and  supply and install the meter. The revenue meter may require a communications link to the RTU. The Connecting Transmission Owner will specify and run those communications cables. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall complete all wiring, testing and commissioning of the RTU.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Cessation and Resumption of Work 24.15.1 At the time employees cease work due to inclement weather the employer or the employers representative on site and the employee’s representative shall agree and note the time of cessation of work.
