Gas Transfer Point. The gas transfer point for the gas quantities to be injected or withdrawn shall be the Vir- tual Trading Point (“VTP”) in the market area of GASPOOL. The physical storage of the gas quantities to be injected shall be effected at the choice of VGS in one of its storage facilities in the market area GASPOOL, i.e. optionally in one of the storage facilities of Xxxxx ESE, Jemgum, Bad Lauchstädt or Bernburg, whereby the latter two storage facilities constitute one storage zone and are operated as integrated parts of one single storage facility within this storage zone designated as “VGS Storage Hub”. The customer operates its own balancing group and shall let VGS know in a timely manner prior to commencement of the service period the code of its balancing group and other details that may be required. Apart from that the gas deliveries shall take place as defined in the Operating Manual Hub.

Gas Transfer Point. (2) The "BioMicro" contract ends automatically without requiring a termination if • after expiry of twelve (12) full consecutive storage months after the respective "Bi- oMicro" contract took effect not a single individual booking of "BioMicro" had been issued in the time period of said contract or • after expiry of twelve (12) full consecutive storage months after expiry of the service
(3) This "BioMicro" contract can be terminated by either contractual partner with a notice period of one (1) month by the end of the storage month. The provisions for termination for an important cause pursuant to the Storage GTC shall remain unaffected hereby.
(4) In case of termination of this "BioMicro" contract according to section (3) the "BioMicro" contract shall remain effective until the service periods of all individual book- ings made prior to the termination of said contract have expired.
(5) After termination of the "BioMicro" contract according to section (3), the ability to issue such individual bookings of "BioMicro" whose service periods go beyond the end of the "BioMicro" contract as per the termination is excluded according to section (3), sen- tence 1 respectively section (4).
