Credit Enquiries. You authorize SoFi HK to obtain references from banks named in the Account Application, and to conduct credit enquiries on you in connection with your Account (whether through a credit agency or otherwise).
Credit Enquiries. You authorize SoFi HK and its Affiliates to conduct or cause to be conducted credit investigations, or any checks and enquiries regarding you and your clients (including but not limited to due diligence enquires, legal and/or regulatory investigations and/or checks) and for this purpose to approach any relevant parties, including your bankers.

Customer hereby gives Provet the authority to make inquiries from third parties as to the credit worthiness and credit and financial responsibility of the Customer, its partners or any directors of the Customer as may be required by Provet from time to time. Customer hereby gives Provet the authority to receive and disclose information in respect of Customer, its partners or any directors of the Customer to such third parties as may be required by Provet from time to time. Customer shall provide to Provet all information required to register a financing statement over the Goods or their proceeds and Customer shall further pay all reasonable costs associated with or incurred in relation to the registration or amendment of any financing statement, whether initiated by Customer or not.
Credit Enquiries. 16.1 You authorise the Lessor to make such enquiries from third parties as to Your credit worthiness as required by the Lessor from time to time.
Credit Enquiries. 1.1 You authorise us to obtain any information, at any time, from any source in support of your credit account application with us and we may use that information for the purpose of assessing your credit worthiness, divulge it to any third party for the purposes of debt collection and credit reporting, and use it for our marketing activities.
Credit Enquiries. The Client authorizes the Broker to conduct credit enquiries on the Client to verify the information provided and to ascertain the financial position of the Client.
Credit Enquiries. 12.1 You expressly authorise us to make such lawful enquiries from time to time as we may require to satisfy us as to your creditworthiness including contacting all credit agencies and you undertake to provide signed written authorities when requested by us to your banker or other credit provider, credit bureaus, mercantile agencies and the like.
Credit Enquiries. The Client authorizes Wing Xxxx to conduct credit enquiries on the Client to verify the information provided and to ascertain the financial position of the Client.
Credit Enquiries. The owner will ask the renter for personal information about themselves so as to use a credit reporting service to credit check them. Furthermore the credit checking service will provide information about the renter for that purpose. The owner will give the renters personal information to the credit checking service who will hold that information on their systems and use it to provide their reporting service. Other customers of the credit checking service may receive this information when making enquiries about the renter. If the renter defaults on their payment obligations to the owner, information about that default may be given to the relevant credit reporting service who may provide this information to their other customers.
