Credit Investigations. The Administrative Agent shall be reasonably satisfied with the results of its credit investigation on each of the Credit Parties, their principals, and their owners holding, directly or indirectly, at least 25% of the Equity Interests in the Credit Parties.
Credit Investigations. Both Ridge and Correspondent shall have the right to investigate, or to cause a third party to investigate, the other party’s credit.
Credit Investigations. The LESSEE hereby consents to the LESSOR and Polaris Leasing obtaining from any credit reporting agency or creditor, or grantor of the LESSEE such information as the LESSOR may require at any time.

The Borrower and each Additional Covenantor authorize the Lender to make inquiries concerning the character, general reputation, personal characteristics, financial and credit data of the Borrower and each Additional Covenantor, including its respective directors, officers, shareholders, and principals, and to verify any information provided to the Lender hereunder, all for the purpose of underwriting and servicing the Loan.
Credit Investigations. Both Clearing Broker and Correspondent shall have the right to investigate, or to cause a third party to investigate, the other party's credit.
Credit Investigations. Lender may, provided such contact is in --------------------- compliance with applicable law, contact any Purchaser directly, whether prior to or after a sale of an Interval, to verify all relevant information regarding such Purchaser and, unless Borrower performs third party credit investigations of Purchasers and delivers to Lender copies of all credit reports, may perform, at Borrower's expense, any and all credit investigations as Lender may deem necessary to determine whether any such Purchaser meets the requirements to be an Eligible Notes Receivable.
Credit Investigations. You authorize us to make or cause to be made such credit investigations as we deem necessary or appropriate to evaluate your credit, personal or financial standing and employment. You further authorize us to share our credit experiences with you with other creditors and credit reporting agencies. We may share information regarding your late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account, all of which may be reflected in your credit report.
Credit Investigations. 9AM Monday may make credit investigations as it deems appropriate, including the request of a consumer credit report from a credit reporting agency, on any Subscriber or principal thereof. If Subscriber inquires as to whether 9AM Monday requested a credit report, 9AM Monday will provide Subscriber information regarding whether a report was requested, as well as the name, address, and telephone number of the agency that supplied the report.
Credit Investigations. Customer authorizes AACC or its agent to investigate Customer’s credit standing and in connection therewith to contact such banks, financial institutions and credit agencies as AACC shall deem appropriate to verify information regarding Customer. Upon reasonable request made in writing by Customer to AACC, Customer shall be allowed to review any records maintained by AACC relating to Customer’s credit standing, and Customer also shall be allowed, at Customer’s sole cost and expense, to copy such records.
