AM Monday. 21.08 Employees will not lose pay as a result of negotiating The Collective Agreement with the Company. This article applies to all employees who miss the shift immediately prior to or subsequent to the shift during which negotiations occur as well as employees who miss their regular shift for negotiations. Employees representing the Union in contract negotiation as above will not be paid for more than their regular shift and will not be expected to return to or attend work. The Company will not be responsible for payment to these employees once the parties meet in Conciliation.
