Transcription of Credit For dual credit courses, high school as well as college credit should be transcripted immediately upon a student's completion of the performance required in the course. [TAC 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter D, §4.85 (h)]
Transcripting of Credit For Dual Credit Courses, high school as well as college credit shall be transcripted immediately upon a student’s completion of the performance required in the course.
Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR, at the close of each semester or upon LEA student transfer, shall prepare transcripts for LEA pupils in grades nine through twelve inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the LEA pupil’s district of residence, for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements, or if appropriate, a Certificate of Completion, as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of LEA pupils and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.
Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.

Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.
Format and Signing of Tender 19.1 The Tenderer shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the Tender as described in ITT 11 and clearly mark it “ORIGINAL.” Alternative Tenders, if permitted in accordance with ITT 12, shall be clearly marked “ALTERNATIVE.” In addition, the Tenderer shall submit copies of the Tender, in the number specified in the TDS and clearly mark them “COPY.” In the event of any discrepancy between the original and the copies, the original shall prevail.

FORMAT AND SIGNING OF BIDS 20.1 The bidder shall prepare one original of the documents comprising the bid as described in Clause 13 of these Instructions to Bidders, bound with the section containing the Form of Bid and Appendix to Bid, and clearly marked “ORIGINAL”. In addition, the bidder shall submit a replica copy of the bid clearly marked “COPY OF ORIGINAL”. However, in the event of discrepancy between them, the original shall prevail.
