CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. If you’re involved in criminal or willful conduct which cannot be remedied, as defined in Virginia Code §55-248.31, and which poses a threat to health or safety, we may terminate this Lease without notice and proceed to obtain possession as provided by Virginia law.
