Criminal Record Check. 1. All employees covered by this agreement are required to submit to a criminal record check according to the timelines stipulated by the State of Ohio. The cost for this record check is to be paid by the employee. 2. The criminal record check will be conducted in the manner prescribed by law. 3. The Board may employ an applicant prior to receiving a criminal record check report on a conditional basis. 4. If the results of the criminal record check demonstrates that the Board is prohibited by law from employing the person due to his/her criminal record, the applicant who was conditionally employed will be immediately and summarily dismissed from his/her employment with the Southeast Local Schools.
