Common use of Criteria for Performance Assessment Clause in Contracts

Criteria for Performance Assessment. a. A teacher’s performance shall be assessed based on criteria set forth Appendix E, (Teacher Performance Evaluation Rubric) of this Negotiated Agreement. b.
