BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER PERFORMANCE. 1. Within the first sixty (60) calendar days of the adopted school-calendar year, a group conference shall be held between the evaluator and the members being evaluated to explain the evaluation process. Bargaining Unit Members that are employed during the course of the school-calendar year shall have their meeting within the first thirty (30) days following employment.
BARGAINING UNIT MEMBER PERFORMANCE. The assessment of a bargaining unit member’s performance, resulting in a performance rating. As an evaluation factor, the performance dimension is based on direct observations and walkthroughs that are performed by a credentialed evaluator. Teacher performance results are reported as a teacher performance rating that may be coded as “1” indicating lowest performance to “4” indicating highest performance.
