Criticism of Teachers. Subject to law, any question or criticism by a supervisor, administrator or board member of a teacher and his/her instructional methodology shall be made in confidence and not in the presence of students, parents, or other public gatherings. Any authorized person outside of the jurisdiction of the Board shall be made acquainted with this provision and encouraged to abide thereby.
