CSEA Hour. Twice a year, the district agrees the association shall be granted no more than two hours for the purpose of an informational meeting for all bargaining unit employees so long as it is not disruptive to campus operations. CSEA shall be responsible for notifying the human resources director of the time and date of the meeting.
