CSEA Annual Conference. A limit of one (1) CSEA delegate for each 100 21 members shall be allowed to attend the annual conference and the District will 22 cover the cost of any substitutes used in the delegates’ absence. Any CSEA 23 representative over this limit will be covered out of the appropriate annual release 24 hours.
CSEA Annual Conference. The district agrees to provide five (5) days of release time without loss of regular salary, to three CSEA appointed delegates to attend CSEA annual conference. CSEA shall provide sixty (60) calendar days advance written notice to the district designating the delegates to be released.
CSEA Annual Conference. The District will provide release time for CSEA Chapter delegates to attend the CSEA Annual Conference. The Chapter delegates shall be entitled to use vacation pay or take a leave without pay to attend the Conference. (2016-17)
CSEA Annual Conference. Two (2) Association representatives shall be granted released time without loss of compensation to attend the annual CSEA conference. In order to utilize this leave, the Association shall, not less than thirty (30) days in advance of the leave, provide the District with notice of the dates of leave and the identity of the unit members who will attend the conference. No more than one representative from and one department shall be granted said leave if the District determines that there would be an adverse impact on that department.
CSEA Annual Conference. 17 The County Office of Education agrees to provide release time 18 without loss of compensation for C.S.E.A. Chapter #755 delegates 19 (based on a ratio of two for the first 150 members and one additional 20 delegate for additional 100 members or fraction thereof) to attend the
CSEA Annual Conference. The right to have a maximum of four (4)unit members have up to 21 one week of paid release time to serve as CSEA Chapter delegates to attend the CSEA annual conference. Only 22 unit member(s) in paid status (e.g., those in summer school, extended year or whose work year coincides with the 23 conference) will qualify for this paid release time.
CSEA Annual Conference. District shall provide up to five (5) days each release time for such conference attendance for two (2) unit members.
CSEA Annual Conference. In addition, nNo more than five (5) representatives shall be permitted to use a collective maximum of 200 hours during each twelve month (12) period covered by this Agreement two (2) chapter delegates for the first 150 union members and one (1) additional chapter delegate for each additional one-hundred (100) union members shall be granted 50% of their assigned work time to attend the Association’s Annual Conference during each twelve (12) month period. For the remaining 50% of assigned work time, Association, Association representatives may choose to have 100 of these hoursthis time deducted from their sick leavepersonal necessity, compensatory time, or vacation, or to be taken as leave without pay. One hundred (100) hours will be considered leave with pay. The actual number of delegates is based on the official CSEA guidelines as printed by the state office of the California School Employees Association. A request for such leaves of absence shall be made thirty (30) days in advance to the Chancellor, and it is understood that the Chancellor may deny a request where college operations would be detrimentally affected by granting the leave at the requested time.
