Bill Credits definition

Bill Credits means the credits applied to offset the kWh charges on Subscriber’s Electric Utility bill. Bill Credits are calculated by finding the product of (i) the Percentage Allocation multiplied by (ii) the Excess Generation during a given Bill Period and (iii) the Subscription Rate (inclusive of any applicable supply and delivery charges) applicable to Subscriber.
Bill Credits means the dollar value credit earned for Your Solar Output according to the prevailing Community Solar Net Metering credit per Municipal Code.
Bill Credits means the monetary credit placed on Subscriber’s bill from the Utility attributable to Subscriber’s interest in one or more Subscriptions pursuant to Net Metering Law and Net Metering Tariff.

More Definitions of Bill Credits

Bill Credits means the dollar amount credited by the Company to each Participant on the Participant's retail electric service bill, which represents the payment from Participant’s participation in other distributed generation serving the premises of the Participant and other customer energy programs, if applicable.
Bill Credits means the amount required to be credited by the Utility in accordance with the Program in respect of the Customer Portion (as defined in the Energy Agency Agreement) relating to the Panels based upon the Facility Revenue (as defined in the Program) of the Solar Array Facility, net of any Recurring O&M Fee permitted to be deducted therefrom as provided in the Co-Location Agreement. Bill Credits accruing during the Term of this Lease have been acquired by the City in accordance with the terms hereof.
Bill Credits means the Solar Rewards Community Service Credit (as defined under the Community Solar Garden Regulations) that is the monthly amount paid by the Utility to the Customer as a credit on the Customer’s retail electric service bill to compensate the Customer for its beneficial share of photovoltaic energy produced by the Facility and delivered to the Utility as calculated pursuant to Section 3.3 which are based upon the Customer’s Solar Output pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The value of the Bill Credit will appear as a line-item credit, and offset charges, on Customer’s Utility bill.
