Custodian’s Fees. The Custodian is entitled to receive reasonable fees for establishing and maintaining the custodial account. These fees will be set by the Custodian from time to time. The Custodian may change its fee schedule upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the Distributor. The Custodian has the right to charge the custodial account, including the right to liquidate Mutual Fund shares or other investments, or to charge the Depositor for the Custodian's fees, as well as for any income, gift, estate, and inheritance taxes (including any transfer taxes incurred in connection with the investment or reinvestment of the assets of the custodial account), which are levied or assessed against the custodial account assets, and for all other administrative expenses of the Custodian for performing its duties, including any fees for legal services provided to the Custodian.
