Mutual Fund Shares definition

Mutual Fund Shares means collectively, the Series A Shares, Series A USD Shares, Series F Shares, Series F USD Shares, Series I Shares, Series D Shares, Series XA Shares, Series XF Shares, Series XUA Shares, Series XUF Shares and Series P Shares of a Corp. Fund, as applicable.

Mutual Fund Shares means shares without trailing commissions of the Mutual Fund which are redeemable at the option of the holder thereof.

Mutual Fund Shares means redeemable Series A or Series F shares, as applicable, or another series of redeemable shares without service commissions, of the Designated Mutual Fund.

• If the Mutual Fund Rollover Transaction is implemented, then pursuant to the Transfer Agreement, the assets of the Partnerships will be transferred to the Mutual Fund Corporation, in exchange for Mutual Fund Shares on a tax-deferred basis, provided appropriate elections are made.

• In connection with the Mutual Fund Rollover Transaction, the Partnerships will be dissolved, and the Limited Partners will receive their pro-rata portion of redeemable Mutual Fund Shares.

More Definitions of Mutual Fund Shares

Mutual Fund Shares means shares of the Mutual Fund which are redeemable at the option of the holder thereof. “National Class Limited Partners” means holders of National Class Units.
