Customer Accommodation & IT Estate Changes. Hoople Ltd reserves the right to require a minimum of 10 working days’ notice for a Customer accommodation change where IT Services resources are needed to support the move of less than 10 people within an existing building, and 30 days’ notice for more complex move of more than 10 people within or between buildings. Accommodation changes which require new wide area network connections require a minimum of 120 days’ notice, in order to meet third party notice period requirements.

  • Proper Accommodation Proper accommodation shall be provided for employees to have their meals and store and change their clothes.

  • Special Accommodations Any person requiring a special accommodation due to a disability should contact the Department’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator, at (000) 000-0000. Requests for accommodation for meetings must be made at least five workdays prior to the meeting.   • Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.

  • Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide <<customer_short_name>> with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable.

  • Unbundled Loop Modifications (Line Conditioning 2.5.1 Line Conditioning is defined as routine network modification that BellSouth regularly undertakes to provide xDSL services to its own customers. This may include the removal of any device, from a copper Loop or copper Sub-loop that may diminish the capability of the Loop or Sub-loop to deliver high-speed switched wireline telecommunications capability, including xDSL service. Such devices include, but are not limited to, load coils, excessive bridged taps, low pass filters, and range extenders. Excessive bridged taps are bridged taps that serves no network design purpose and that are beyond the limits set according to industry standards and/or the XxxxXxxxx XX 00000.

  • Cash Access You may not use the Gift Card to obtain cash from an Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”), Point-of-Sale (“POS”) device, or by any other means. You may not use the Gift Card at an ATM. Loading The Gift Card The Gift Card is not reloadable after being loaded at the time of purchase. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. Any checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded at the discretion of the Issuer.   • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Special Access Service Conversions 5.3.6.1 IDS may not convert special access services to combinations of loop and transport network elements, whether or not IDS self-provides its entrance facilities (or obtains entrance facilities from a third party), unless IDS uses the combination to provide a significant amount of local exchange service, in addition to exchange access service, to a particular customer. To the extent IDS requests to convert any special access services to combinations of loop and transport network elements at UNE prices, IDS shall provide to BellSouth a letter certifying that IDS is providing a significant amount of local exchange service (as described in this Section) over such combinations. The certification letter shall also indicate under what local usage option IDS seeks to qualify for conversion of special access circuits. IDS shall be deemed to be providing a significant amount of local exchange service over such combinations if one of the following options is met:
