Customer Analytics Services. (a) At any time, and from time to time, during the Term and for as long as Licensor and its Affiliates are generally performing such customer analytics services with respect to the Licensor Lodging Facilities, Licensee may engage Licensor and its Affiliates to provide the following services and any additional agreed upon analytics services (collectively, “Customer Analytics Services”) for periods of time of not less than one (1) year in duration (each, a “CAS Contract Year”):

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.
