Customer Meetings. Subdistributor shall initiate and attend sales calls and meetings with prospective and existing Customers;
Customer Meetings. Aqua will host public open house or educational events in the Village of Peotone for their residents prior to Closing. The Village shall provide public space for such meetings if available and agrees to provide any notifications under the terms of Illinois Public Act 98-0213 (220 ILCS 5/9-210.5)
Customer Meetings. ATS shall have met with those NSS customers listed on Exhibit I prior to the Closing Date, and shall be satisfied in all reasonable respects with the business results of its meetings with such customers.
Customer Meetings. Arrange meetings with Customer(s), with or without IVT management present, as appropriate, to conduct such negotiations with Customer(s) on behalf of IVT;
Customer Meetings. From the Date of this Agreement until the Closing Date, Seller shall cooperate in facilitating one introduction and meeting between Buyer and each Existing Customer; provided, however, that any and all communications between Buyer and such Existing Customers shall only take place in the presence of Seller. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity during such meeting to communicate in private with each Existing Customer.
Customer Meetings. Representatives of Seller and Buyer shall have met with the customers of Seller identified on Exhibit 5.2(l) hereto regarding the transactions contemplated hereunder and Buyer's relationship with such customers after Closing, and the results of such meetings are reasonably satisfactory to Buyer.
Customer Meetings. Seller agrees that within 30 days after the Closing Date, Seller and Buyer will jointly visit or contact each of the Customers to discuss the acquisition and transfer of the respective Customer Contract and the transition of the TranXact Service from Seller to Buyer.
Customer Meetings. Seller shall use all ----------------- reasonable efforts to allow Purchaser to meet (the "Customer Meetings") with each of the following customers of the Company prior to Closing: Perseco; Tricon; Wal-Mart; Better Maid Plas- tics; and Kroger (collectively, the "Customers"). A mutually acceptable representative of each of the Purchaser and the Company shall be present at each Customer Meeting. The agenda and presentations to be made by Purchaser and the Company at each Customer Meeting shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties prior to each such meeting.
Customer Meetings. To enable the intent of addressing issues at the lowest possible level, Customers interface directly with Service Providers on a day-to-day basis. Customers’ technical staff communicates issues and follow up on requests with Service Providers’ staff as necessary to ensure effective delivery of the Services. Regularly scheduled operational meetings may focus on service delivery, change management, planning projects, status, finance or other topics, depending on the circumstances. The meeting frequency is determined by the Customer needs.
Customer Meetings. With the assistance and cooperation of PMG, ATS shall have met with those PMG customers listed on Exhibit I within five (5) days following the Effective Date, and shall be satisfied in all reasonable respects with the business results of its meetings with such customers; provided, however, (i) that ATS shall give notice to PMG within one (1) Business Day of a given customer meeting if such customer meeting does not meet ATS’ reasonable satisfaction setting forth in reasonable detail its dissatisfaction with the business results of such meeting; the failure to provide such notice shall mean that such meeting is deemed to be satisfactory, or (ii) if such meeting with a given customer is not held within five (5) days following the Effective Date, then the condition set forth in this Section 6.3(e) will be deemed waived with respect to such customer.
