Common use of Customer Portal Clause in Contracts

Customer Portal. 3.1. The Customer is responsible for its online accounts and for the activities of anyone who uses such accounts. To prevent unauthorized use, the Customer shall maintain the confidentiality of the email address and password that it uses to access its online accounts and applications. 3.2. The Customer must download all its invoices before termination of the Services. Once the Services are terminated, the customer portal account will be closed and the Customer will no longer have access.
