CUSTOMER SERVICE SPACE Sample Clauses

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPACE. For a period of six months commencing at the Effective Time and ending on the six-month anniversary of the Effective Time, I-Link shall provide Big Planet with work space on its premises that is adequate for Big Planet to provide customer support functions for the Big Planet Enhanced Service Customers as long as space requirements do not exceed I-Link's current space requirements on existing leases. Big Planet agrees to provide telephones, headsets, workstations, installation and associated software licenses required for normal customer care. Big Planet will prepare a customer care headcount forecast and agrees to hire and manage such customer care representatives during the 6 month transition period. Big Planet shall Pay I-Link a monthly amount for this customer care related space allocation based on the square footage leased equal to [***] per square foot, plus a corresponding pro rata share of the utilities associated with such space. Big Planet's employees, agents and subcontractors working on I-Link premises during the training/transition periods shall fully comply with I-Link's security, access and safety requirements for the protection of I-Link's facilities and employees while on I-Link's premises.

  • Customer Service As between Fig and Developer, Developer shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining customer service and technical support in the Territory to Distributors and end users with respect to the Licensed Game (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Distributors and end-users of Fig pursuant to Fig Sales (as defined below)). Such customer service and technical support shall be of a quality that is comparable to such customer service and technical support as Developer provides for its other “top-tier” titles. For the purposes of this Section, “customer service” means the resolution of issues pertaining to the Licensed Game in the following general categories: payment processing, order inquiries, replacements and refunds, and technical support.

  • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Service Area The municipalities and counties in and around which Seller operates or is authorized to operate the Systems and the Business, which are disclosed on Schedule 1.39.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTIONS The Servicer shall handle all Customer inquiries and other Customer service matters according to the same procedures it uses to service Customers with respect to its own charges.

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.
