Customer Success. At all times during the Term, Customer shall provide cooperation and assistance as GNOSIS may reasonably request to enable GNOSIS to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under and in connection with this Agreement. GNOSIS is not responsible or liable for any delay or failure of performance caused in whole or part by Customer’s failure or delay in providing MBL numbers, container numbers, and other relevant and specified data points as requested by GNOSIS to perform their obligations in accordance with the Scope of Services.
